霜が降りなくなり、稲の苗が育ってくる
24 Solar Terms is Kokuu.
When the spring rains fall to grow grain.
72 pentads is Simoyamitenaeidsuru.
The frost stops and rice seedlings start growing.
農業の目安として、重要な役割を担う暦。ここでご紹介する二十四節気や七十二候のほか、雑節もあります。暦の記述に、大事な米の収穫＝稲作に関するものが多いのも頷けます。
籾(もみ)が芽を出し、苗へと育ち、まもなく田植えの季節を迎えますね。丁寧に育ててくださる農家の方に感謝します。今年も豊かな実りの季節を迎えますように🌾
The calendar plays an important role as a guide for agriculture. In addition to the 24 solar terms and the 72 pentads introduced here, there are also Zassetsu/雑節. It’s no wonder that many calendar entries are about the important rice harvest.
The paddy seeds have sprouted and grown into seedlings, and the season for rice planting will soon be upon us. I would like to express our gratitude to the farmers who carefully raise the vegetables. May this year be a season of abundance as well.
