時間に追われる日々からちょっと抜け出して、自分と仲良くする時間をゆっくりと持ちたいですね。これから年末年始。今年を振り返ったり、来年の計画を立てたり…人は穴にこもらずとも、思索(しさく)や熟考(じゅっこう)のひとときを過ごしているのでしょうね。
From the period of outward movement to the period of quietness spent inside.
I would like to take a break from my daily pressures and take some time to get to know myself. The year-end and New Year holidays are coming. Looking back on this year, making plans for next year…people are probably spending time thinking and contemplating without having to hide in a hole.
